Senior Graphics and Digital Marketing Designer

Responsible for graphic design development and branding for business development and marketing purposes. Assists in the development of new social media applications and attorney training as well as identifying and integrating digital marketing tools and platforms


• Responsible for the design and production of the firm’s marketing materials, announcements and advertisements as well as electronic marketing communications
• Provides design support to the department team responsible for the development and management of website and social media platforms
• Develops templates for all marketing materials, including attorney bios, profiles, presentations
• Develops PowerPoint presentations that require more than the standard template executions
• Responsible for keeping up-to-date with new advances in digital marketing and developing creative approaches to apply technology/applications to our marketing efforts and firm initiatives
• Supports the trial needs of litigators when sophisticated graphics are required
• Supports the electronic business card service
• Leads the social media team for attorney education, training and new approaches to social media
• Supports the onboarding of new hires through managing photography, announcements as appropriate, and other promotional needs
• Supports fielding cold calls and appropriate response
• Acts as project manager for significant marketing and business development initiatives that require considerable design aspects
• Enhances own professional growth and development through participation in educational programs
• Participates in professional organizations and reading of current literature
• Understands and complies with all applicable firm policies, procedures, and philosophies


• Bachelor’s degree in a graphic design related field or equivalent experience; Master’s degree a plus
• Minimum ten years’ experience as graphic designer within a B2B marketing communications agency or in-house group, professional services experience a plus
• Can provide a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates strategic thinking, design integration across multiple platforms, including websites, and can demonstrate measurable outcomes
• Works collaboratively and can communicate effectively to all team members throughout the development process
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact and WordPress.
• Can work efficiently and respond in a timely manner to the design needs of the department
• Demonstrates consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making
• Exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline and a sense of responsibility
• Must have a professional, cooperative, positive and flexible attitude
• Possesses essential customer service philosophies
• Functions successfully with minimal supervision and keeps work product in well-organized system of electronic files and can readjust priorities as necessary
• Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills
• Military experience is a plus
