Marketing Technology Administrator

Harris Beach


The marketing technology administrator will be responsible for designing, programming and managing all online and electronic marketing and business development projects, such as the firm’s desktop and mobile website and micro-sites, firm intranet, blogs, social media, all on-line analytics, interactive marketing products (such as Constant Contact) , interactive apps, and other electronic media tools.


  • Working with the business development team, on the growth, development, design and maintenance of the firm’s online marketing vehicles as well as content management
  • Work collaboratively with the business development team to develop web and social media strategies
  • Use Google Analytics and other web analytical tools to track trends, develop reports and recommend improvements to the website and other online sites
  • Make recommendations for optimizing SEO and PPC in a professional services B2B context
  • Work closely with the graphics and digital marketing designers to reach creative solutions for the electronic and online marketing and business development vehicles
  • Responsible for keeping up-to-date with new advances in technology and application trends
  • Supports the creative team for major initiatives to lend ideas in style and execution
  • Works with members of IT and the business development team to create solutions for internal communications and client support
  • Serves as an online designer and developer for client work through Harris Beach and its subsidiaries
  • Responsible for filming, editing and delivering video content for firm marketing videos
  • Responsible for producing and editing podcasts
  • Translates audio, video, graphics and digital animation and other digital media content into various distributable formats


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Solid understanding of professional services marketing in a B2B arena
  • Minimum five years of experience with marketing technology, demonstrating a deep understanding and skills to use and deliver solutions using CMSs based on technologies, for example but not limited to, HTML, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, API Construction, WordPress, Drupal and SharePoint
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, including Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator
  • Knowledge of 3D animation and motion graphics a plus
  • Proficiency in web analytics
  • Experience with leveraging social media platforms for marketing professional services in a B2B arena
  • Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team oriented environment
  • Responds in a timely manner to issues, concerns or requests of attorney and management personnel
  • Demonstrates consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making
