Founded in 1917, The Harley School is a diverse, coeducational, independent day school in Rochester, NY offering a college preparatory program for approximately 525 students in Nursery to Grade 12. The Digital Media Coordinator will join the School at an exciting time as we prepare for our Centennial with a new strategic plan.
Harley seeks a Digital Media Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing and Communications in developing and implementing a strategic web and social media plan to support enrollment and fundraising goals. As the School’s principal photographer and videographer, the Coordinator will cover and communicate Harley stories of every kind. In particular, the Coordinator will oversee the production of targeted web and social media content conveying Harley’s mission to all constituencies. This person’s objectives fall into three groups: photo and video production, webmaster, and social media coordinator. Preference will be given to candidates who are:
- skilled at creating strategic and compelling photos, videos, and digital marketing materials based on an established mission and consistent visual style. Training and experience with event photography and video production are expected. We aim to produce materials of high creative order.
- experienced with website development and management
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in communications, marketing, web management, or publishing. The Harley School welcomes candidates who will add to our diversity.
