Digital Media & Social Content Specialist
Full-Time (40 hours)

The Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery and Q the Medical Spa at Lindsay House is seeking a talented Digital Media and Social Content Specialist for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing efforts in an effort to attract potential patients/clients and retain existing ones. This individual will manage the day to day marketing activities as well as the long-term strategy for the various businesses. He/she will also work closely with select teams and key staff members to identify opportunities and develop solutions based on needs and patient demand supported by market research. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in writing content explicitly for social and devising organic campaigns across a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities for the Practice and Medical Spa
• Develop a successful digital marketing strategy for the businesses in line with company objectives and budget
• Create and distribute content, develop an increased following on our social media platforms, and leverage digital marketing tools to maximize reach and efficiency
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities/trends
• Create and produce marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Design ads for product/service promotion to be used on social media, online and in-house
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns using various forms of media
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns including the measurement and analysis of campaigns
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Prepare multimedia campaigns including online/digital, radio, email, display and print
• Work closely with Etna Interactive regarding online marketing efforts and strategy
• Work closely with vendors to launch and promote new products, treatments and services
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant staff members are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Actively write and seek stakeholder support for steady blog creation
• Maintain a strong and consistent company voice through social media
• Ability to write and produce creative scripts and/or storyboards to serve as the creative components of a media campaign
• Analyze potential strategic partnerships to improve business presence and positioning
• Monitor, analyze and report on all marketing initiatives for social media and digital advertising campaigns
• Work closely with staff to improve internal processes regarding patient acquisition, patient experience and patient loyalty
• Manage public relations activities including fielding PR inquiries, creation of press releases, and interviews with the media
• Ability to extensively audit patient database to identify trends, recognize opportunity and to create plans based on findings
• Develop copy and design layout for patient brochures by physician

• Manage photo studio set for Practice and Medical Spa
• Develop a robust online presence (utilizing our YouTube channel) for the Practice and Medical Spa to include various internal video shoots, including the use of an outside videographer, while monitoring SEO results
• Actively participate in the design and launch of our holiday gift card promotions
• Present monthly online metrics to key stakeholders

Q Medical Spa
• Write copy for monthly eMail blasts, product spotlight and elevator signage
• Manage all aspects to launch new services
• Manage website content to ensure that it remains fresh and dynamic

General
• Spearhead digital advertising/marketing plan with Etna Interactive for Practice and Medical Spa
• Write Q Medical Minute scripts for the Practice and Medical Spa
• Develop a comprehensive social calendar by business
• Participate in bi-weekly Patient Experience Meetings

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing; either in-house or agency work
• Media buying experience preferred
• Demonstrable experience in social media planning, publishing, writing, and content creation
• Understanding of how users interact with social media, search engines, and digital content, including effective calls-to-action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong creative outlook with a passion for high-end design
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated proof of experience with comprehensive portfolio
