Roberts Communications is seeking an experienced office facilities person. The ideal candidate would have experience in shipping, light building maintenance, office supply ordering, mail sorting/delivery and be able to work in a professional office environment. We are seeking someone with verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask, good phone etiquette, a professional demeanor, and who is dependable.
Responsibilities include managing the repair and maintenance vendors, the cleaning crew, our shipping vendors as well as our office supply inventory. You would assist with company functions, including monthly employee meetings and quarterly employee events. General office organization and light maintenance is also a responsibility. Front desk coverage for lunches and breaks as well as backup would be required.
Minimum of 3 years experience in an office environment. A car is necessary. Free parking. Part time hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pay range is $15–$16 per hour based on experience.
