2011 Student Reality Check

Reality Check is an exciting event where the creative professionals come to you! It's a chance for you to chat one-on-one with mentors from fields including advertising, design, the Web, new media, photography, writing, communication and interactive. It's a quick, casual way to ask all of the questions you want of these successful people about things like portfolio development, appropriate classes to take, types of projects they look for or general feedback on your work.

This is informal so you do not need a resume or portfolio prepared. This is a great opportunity to get advice on how to prepare for your next internship, co-op or full-time position down the road. Don't miss out!

After registering for the event, students will be assigned a shift and given further instructions. The first shift begins at 6:30pm and the second begins at 7:45pm.

Remember: as an RIT student, this event is now FREE for you! AND there will be FREE FOOD and BEVERAGES.
